Strawberry, Rose and Vanilla Jam

Ingredients 500g strawberries 500g sugar (normal granulated)  Juice of 1/2 lemon Seeds of 1/2 vanilla pod 3 Tbsp rose water Method Wash, hull and roughly quarter (or halve) your strawberries.
